Hmm, that's interesting that it stacks. According to the product description:

This offer cannot be joined to any other Sony promotion or purchase offer. The Costco Shop Card will be delivered to the email address in the membership file 12-15 business days from the date of purchase.

I know I was unsure as well so I had called in. Apparently one is from Sony and one is from Costco. I encourage others to call in as well to be sure.

I think the message is because this $190 isn't from a "Sony promotion", it's a Costco promotion on the same amount (10%); and there may have some fine line somewhere that could make them duplicate it.

For $100GC it says

May not be combined with any other membership or email offer.

What happens if I forget to enter the Promo Code at checkout during the promotion?
The Promo Code must be entered at checkout in order for an eligible purchase to be able to qualify for this promotion.

So I guess I can't price adjust

EDIT: I called in and they gave the $100GC - Happy Camper.

Just called them and they told me that they did not think the offers would stack and one would only receive the $190 GC.

Although to be fair they also thought the bonus2019 offer only worked once per customer, whereas it clearly says it works twice (just once per transaction).

I’m interested to see if anyone gets the additional $100 refunded after the fact. I bought this tv last week online and just received my tv and the $190 cash card yesterday. I wouldn’t mind getting $100 back.

Love the tv by the way.

Just placed my order for the 55X950G. I had to add in something to bring it to above $1,500, but when I applied the promo it applied as $0.01. I called in and they said that's just how it applies but he confirmed with me I will for sure be getting the gift card (he didn't know what was in my Cart though, so no stacked discounts would have crossed his mind). But at least I have that call I can reference where he told me I will be getting the cash card within 2 weeks of confirming my order.

Also FYI for people who might not realize, but the 10% GC and the $100 coupon are provided after the fact because they don't want to reduce the pre-tax total. You pay tax on the full amount, then get the GC back; so in reality you're only getting 87% of the discount you think you're getting (for the 65" it's $1,954 by paying tax then getting GC, or if the GC was applied before tax you would pay $1,930.... for simplicity those numbers are just including the GC not factoring in the stacked $100 coupon).

Depends on what you prefer in terms of PQ. I personally prefer the X950G due to its excellent motion handling, image processing, color accuracy, and higher brightness. The OLED obviosuly has perfect blacks, zero blooming, and nearly perfect viewing angles.

I tried out the C9 OLED but I couldn't stand it's motion handling, ABL, and color tinting on white screens. However some can't stand the blooming or poor viewing angles on the X950G.

A representative from Costco just e-mailed me confirming that this TV does in fact qualify for both promotions so I am hoping it will work out.

Thanks for the heads up to call in and get the extra discount, I bought mine last week on Thursday and have yet to receive it. I am hoping tomorrows schedueld delivery goes smoothly. Sameday is super slow at this.
