Hi,

I have few questions:

1- Costco warrenty: 2 or 3 years. This is in addtion to the original warrenty from HP?
2- If I compare it to this one:

https://www.costco.ca/asus-x512da-cs71- ... 58183.html

which oine will you go for?

3- Finally, there is a HP in promotion which will end today with $240 off. I don't seem to find it online:

HP Pavilion x360 15-dq1003ca, 2-in-1 laptop 15.6 in. touchscreen, Intel i7-10510U, 16 GB, 512 GB SSD, Windows 10

What are your thoughts about it compared to this one?

Thx

Does anyone know how to enable a feature where the battery only charges to a max of 80% when always plugged in? Thanks

1. You will have 2 year Costco warranty
2. Defiantly go with the Ryzen 4500U. Faster and more energy efficient (meaning stays cool)
3. Not sure what the price on the system is but would again go with Costco system. Ryzen 4000 is faster then this intel.

Ordered the thinner bezel for 950+tax. Just received this two days ago and both days my son used it for online learning the audio cut out and started buzzing very loudly during the meeting. We've had to do a hard shutdown and restart and the problem goes away. Doubt anyone else is experiencing this issue but I'll be returning this unfortunately. Otherwise seems like a sleek and fast laptop.

edit

I was able to resolve the issue. Turns out Realtek audio drivers don't play nicely with Windows 10. You can find it on Google. Reverting to a generic audio driver fixed the problem. Seems like a few people on the Costco reviews had this issue.
