I found the CAP dumbbells to be a bit better quality (build, weight accuracy) than Inspire. Though I suspect all these (and AmazonBasics and all other generic hex dumbbells) are farmed out to the lowest cost supplier that month, so probably ymmv between brands. I’ve had AmazonBasics ones that were nicely built and right at the weight and ones that were the complete opposite.

Price is a bit high now (vs. before), but it includes a stand. I would just suggest people get a price from a local dumbbelll/fitness equipment supplier first. For some this may still be a good deal, but for others it may not be. As in life, ymmv.
