I suppose this means that Costco now carries the WiFi + Cellular model instead of just the WiFi model they have had until now. I would like to know the price.

For those unaccustomed to iPads, you should always buy the WiFi + Cellular and never the plain Wifi, even if you don't intend to use the cellular data. This is because only the WiFi + Cellular have GPS built in. It's really handy to use your iPad for navigation & turn-by-turn directions. You cannot do this without GPS. The WiFi location stuff only works (sort-of) in the city. Once you get out of an urban area, location services are very poor.

WiFi + Cellular costs a bit more, but it replaces a dedicated GPS. Also, it is very hard to do navigation on a phone.

There really should not be two different models of iPad. They should all have GPS. I don't know what Apple is thinking. $$$ maybe.
