It's been selling at Costco's (at least in Ontario and BC) for the last couple of months now. I'm still debating if that's a good deal for an XS, especially only at 64Gb.
The world is burning - can't we all just get along?

The 90 day return policy is great if you are considering it.

The cheapest iPhone 12 will have oled is the rumor so this would negate any value of the XS. Plus it’s 2 year old processor. I would buy it for 650$,maybe 750$.

I wouldn't spend almost $900 to buy a phone from 2018...as there is so many other options on the market right now. Plus it's going to be very outdated in the next 1-2 years.

It won’t be very outdated in 1-2 years. It will perform very well for many years.

Just picked up a iPhone 11 Pro Max 256gb for $1,330 at Telus. Contemplated this one at Costco.

This is a bad deal. Almost a thousand for a 2 year old phone.
No oled, 64gb, lightning input, 2yo processor, only 2 years of decent updates(maybe 3) left.
Wait for 12. Or get used 11 or something.

XS is OLED, iPhone 11 is LCD

It’s oled. 64 gb is fine. Lightning is fine. The processor is extremely fast. It will get updates for longer than 3 years from now. Wait for iPhone 12 is acceptable though.

Bad deal or not I don't know but...
-It is an OLED screen
-64gb is enough storage for some
-lightening ok it is downer but the alternatives you suggested also use that so not sure what do you mean...
-2yo processor... ok so what is the point here?
-decent updates? There is only one type of update... they are not separated on decent or not decent. So you are saying 3 more years for updates. And how is that bad? Total of 5 years updates?

If we wait for iPhone 12 Pro(the equivalent of the xs and 11 PRO)which will be $1300+ then you are gonna get extra 2 years of updates based on your logic so that will cost you $400+

But sure I think it is smart to wait for 12 to get lower price on these.

And then you suggesting to buy 11 over XS and pointing the XS has no OLED is a bit confusing since it does and the 11 is LCD.

The iPhone 11 Pro Max is OLED.
Got mine for $300 off through a corporate plan promo a year ago.

The battery life is significantly better.
