Just noticed some high quality steaks were on sale from Costco, as part of their email blast for Lunar New Years related sales. $70 off seems like a solid deal for the quality you are getting compared to the prices at Famu. I noticed the same thing that no chicken legs/wings, only whole today there

1. Buy cheap, buy twice
2. Don’t buy because it’s cheap. Buy it when needed or it brings convenience/happiness/better quality in life
3. Buy now think (regret/return) later

Just googled prices of A5 in Vancouver restaurants. Looks like 299 for 12oz.

This is 32oz for 279, so I'd say this is a good deal, but unfortunately not for me

The packs marked as "Wagyu" in the store don't look all that great from what I recall. They look like slightly more marbled regular steak. Nothing like the typical pictures of Wagyu you see on Google.

Store Wagyu is not A5. These are Japanese A5, highest grade and marbling you can get.

It is meant to be shared. Not single serving per steak. The amount of fat in the meat will have you bloated up if you eat the whole thing alone

Costco online Wagyu is real A5 import from Japan. Have ordered many times. Best price of anywhere that I have found. The pieces (I got stirploin) are always nice and thick so you get crust on outside and rare inside.

What sauce.....even standard good steaks shouldn't have or need sauce...Montreal Steak Spice or salt and pepper.
