Would people recommend this or my protein? I want to buy one but haven't tried either
MyProtein is better value if you buy 11lb. I'd get this if you had neither because MyProtein ships in a bag. A tub is a lot cleaner and more manageable then you can reuse the tub for the MyProtein bags after.

I have enough until March but might as well buy more, just in case it does not go on sale in March.

Time to stock up again. Available for cheaper in store, likely $37.99. Chocolate or vanilla flavour.
It's $38.99 in store, just saw it at the Vaughan location.

I bought both vanilla and chocolate. Vanilla is my fav flavour and out of all the protein I have taken over the years, this is probably the one of the best ones I had.

Great deal on creatine for $24

https://www.costco.ca/Kaizen-Naturals-C ... 19126.html
Can you explain what they mean by the following recommended dose (Ie. difference between loading and maintenance phase doses if you are lifting 3-4 days a week?)

Recommended Dose (Adults):
•Loading Phase: Take 1 scoop (5000 mg) mixed into your water or your favourite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days. Not to exceed 5000 mg per dose.
•Maintenance Phase: Thereafter, take 1 scoop (5000 mg) daily.

To me it is a lot less sweet than Musclepharm. Musclepharm from Costco used to be my go to but over time I found it too sickeningly sweet. I love the Kaizen chocolate as it's much closer to a cocoa taste vs a sweet milk chocolate.

Anyone know how this compares to PVL ISOGOLD? https://www.popeyescanada.com/pvl-iso-g ... olate.html
Ive tried a lot of different whey powders but ive found Isogold to have the best digestability.
Protein content per scoop = 85% (kaizen) / 87% (isogold).
Any comments ?
I think digestability is not something you can generalize other then an isolate seems to have less issues then a standard whey or blend. Some go down better then other but you can try it and if causes lots of farts then return to Costco.
Heatware
The difference between wanting and needing is how you justify it.

Loading/deloading is not necessary. Just take 5 grams daily and you'll be fine

Yeah sticking with isolate is almost always a good idea if you have digestion issues, and to add to this a lot of the times it can be the sweetener that causes digestion issues with different individuals. Artificial sweeteners can definitely have adverse effects as far as stomach and gas issues, take a look and see if the Costco one uses the same sweeteners as the ISOgold.

Only on days you are working out though right? I was thinking about using creatine as a pre-workout.
