Only on days you are working out though right? I was thinking about using creatine as a pre-workout.
Nope. You should take creatine daily 7 days a week, 365 days a year for 5g. It's definitely not a preworkout and you wouldn't notice any real effects if you use it like that

Can you explain what they mean by the following recommended dose (Ie. difference between loading and maintenance phase doses if you are lifting 3-4 days a week?)

Recommended Dose (Adults):
•Loading Phase: Take 1 scoop (5000 mg) mixed into your water or your favourite beverage 3-4 times per day for the first 5-7 days. Not to exceed 5000 mg per dose.
•Maintenance Phase: Thereafter, take 1 scoop (5000 mg) daily.
Broscience that you gotta load up, just take 5g per day

I think digestability is not something you can generalize other then an isolate seems to have less issues then a standard whey or blend. Some go down better then other but you can try it and if causes lots of farts then return to Costco.

Yeah sticking with isolate is almost always a good idea if you have digestion issues, and to add to this a lot of the times it can be the sweetener that causes digestion issues with different individuals. Artificial sweeteners can definitely have adverse effects as far as stomach and gas issues, take a look and see if the Costco one uses the same sweeteners as the ISOgold.
Thank you both. I will give this a shot!

Anyone know when this deal is on till?

I looked for that Creatine in-store in the past and couldn't find it.

I didn't like the taste of Kaizen and it does not mix as well as Muscletech Nitrotech. But at 38.99 it's hard to complain .

From when I entered university to when I graduated to when started working to when I turned 30

Every September and January you knew you were going to be working out great because that's when Costco's kaizen goes on sale and I'd be hauling up tubs to last until the next sale

Damn havn't finish my last one. I thought they go on sale every Mar and Sept?
I've noticed they usually do a sale in January to take advantage of new year's resolutioners. Either way, cheap protein for me. This should tide me over until the next big protein deal, thanks OP
