This has been this price since july 05. It's not really moving.

Really a great deal, absolutely love these socks for the spring, fall and winter. They are pretty much all I wear and I probably have something like 30 pairs. The newest model bumped up the Merino wool content a little and changed to a 5 pack so it ends up as $2 a pair. Having some old new pairs I compared the old brown style to the newest style and really couldn't see there being very many differences.

That's ok!

I bought a pack a few weeks ago, and just put it in the closet.

I'm still using my pack from last year, but now have extras for this/next winter.

You don't wear them in the summer? The wool keeps my feet nice and dry.

I’m wearing them at work. They regulate my feet temperature great. And it’s nice not having sweaty feet when I take the socks off.

After seeing alot of people talk about these I grabbed a pair. I'm not personally a fan of how they fit.

The GM/Chrysler of socks.

Assuming you don't lose socks, get a Lexus-like Darn Tough. Not cheap, but little time in the shop.

Very good socks. I wear it all year long. They absorbs more sweat compare to cotton socks. Feet stay dryer longer, so less chance your feet or shoes will smell. Also, I wear this with my $79 Costco Birkenstock, don't care.

I have several pairs of these and honestly they have not lived up to their namesake. Almost all of them have developed holes within 1-2 years.

Ya sure they'll replace them but you still have to ship them out to Vancouver which costs money. Not worth it IMO considering they're like $20 a pair.

Of all the socks that I have ever owned these wear out quicker than any other.
The bottom heel just blows out.
They also shrink so do not be concerned if they fit loose originally. I find myself having to really squeeze my foot into them after a bunch of washes.

My socks blow out in the heel first too. It's a shame to toss good socks because of one bad spot.

So I started to darn the holes the old fashioned way using needle and thread. It extends the life maybe 3-5 months but will wear out. Then I cut up one sock into many pieces and used them to patch the heel. They hold up very well and the extra padding is not noticeable.

Not hard to do and doubles the life even for a guy like me. Something you can do while watching the game.
