Edit: I checked in BC and there are some showing in their system when I checked earlier.
Burnaby location (2-3 each). Richmond has 1. Surrey has 3. Langley has 5. Port coquitlam has 2.

For people that complained about ALL CAPS, LAVA HOT, NO YMMV in title, not enough details etc, I shared this instantly when I saw it so you guys can call your local costco to see if you can score on this deal. Sometimes they do put it on hold for you

I don't have time to include all the details and it's a bit hard to use RFD app to post a thread.
It's easier to view threads on RFD app though. Sorry, I cannot include all the details since I was doing Costco weekend update.

I asked the manager (since 1992) at Burnaby location and he said they can do a price adjustment if their system shows there is stock available. Even if it shows 1 quantity, they can do a price adjustment.

No need to buy it and refund. No need to bring the old shed. Just need to bring the original receipt. This is a lava-hot deal because you cannot find a better shed than this for this price.

Storage shed for 700 bucks. That's pretty good for the backyard.

When you see it marked like that it's usually a one store has one box left deal.

Exactly but then again it ends in .97 so if stores have it available you might have a chance for this price.

I was looking to buy one of these earlier in the year but I was told that the vinyl warps over time in the hot sun and it probably will not last. Then I looked at pre-cut wood shed kits which are more money...but apparently most of these pre-cut kits really skimp out on the materials (flimsy wood for support beams and non-standard stud sizing (i.e. 24" on center).

For the same price I am now looking at a local carpenter to help me out build a shed using proper 2x4's and plywood and 16" on center studs. The price of this vinyl shed is sure tempting though.

This dude always puts lava hot in his titles, meanwhile the deals are always cold or mediocre, just to get attention

To be fair...it is half price off. Try finding a shed for less than $1k...not easy to do. Until you start shopping around you don't realize how expensive they get.

It’s definitely a hot price, Lifetime sheds are a price level beyond your standard sheds.
