Anyone remember what the cost of the typical 900 piece set that Costco and Walmart always sell around the winter holidays? For some reason I recall it being cheaper than this.

walmart, 900 pcs, 24,94$ on blackfriday, but it's not the same set.

Thanks. True, not the same. Biggest difference being the plastic reusable Lego box this one comes in, I'd say.

But the other one is technically more pieces. I've been waiting for this again, but guess I'll have to wait until November again. That price was Walmart, but I had bought it at Costco around the same price/time. I'm expecting to see it again this year.

Just know that if you want good sized bricks (6 and 8's), that 900 piece set has mostly tiny small pieces.
Today is the tomorrow that you worried about yesterday.

Can anyone recommend a set with larger bricks? I have the one in OP but it still has quite a lot of small pieces depending on the colour.
