I saw them at South Mississauga store. But since the price is $23.99, it appears to be a regular sale, and price at other stores should be the same.

No. It's the one at Laird Road.

Funny, Ajax Costco last weekend had Friends sets on sale for $24, with Marvel sets regular price at $30.
