[Costco] Marcona almonds 588g $12.49

Been looking for these for the past year after buying a container in Costco US. Saw these at Thorncliffe in Toronto today - picked up 3 because I'm not sure how long they'll stock these for. Hard to find in the city already, usually sold in specialty stores for a lot more.

They were previously chocolate dipped but have had the chocolate sucked off so they're much healthier.

From a google search
"A Marcona almond is far sweeter, moister, and softer than the classic almond variety with a buttery flavor and texture"

Are they that good? Similar to macadamia nuts? Brazil nuts? Pine nuts?

Sounds like the female gender of the almond species.

Sweeter, softer, moist and double the price.

Been use to eating the hard, salty, dry, cheap almond nuts.

Wow you included Brail nut in that list, not in the same league IMO. I never tried marcona almonds, but I think it's going to be awesome. You know how when you grab a handful of almonds, just one or two nut tastes really good and sweeter? I always wished for a bag of those, anyways I think it will tastes like that with the texture of macadamia nuts.
