Looks pretty similar to this one, which has a 300+300 lb weight capacity. There's no way it only supports 300 lbs total. That wold be crazy bad. Smiling Face With Open Mouth

EDIT: Found what I think is the exact model and is also 300+300 :)

Right. The model number is MWB-732 and the Costco description is incomplete/incorrect

I would recommend getting a squat rack or squat stands and an flat/incline/decline bench if you have the space over an Olympic bench press any day of the week.

Fitness depot has basic iron factory squat rack for like $219, grab the northern lights bench and wheels/leg holders and you're set....

....and the plates and bar of course.

I went to FD 2 months ago, they were emptied. I put an order for in store pickup a month ago, no response since. I would guess it would be much easier to get the rack from Costco.

This bench is a good deal. Just keep in mind that if you're carrying heavy dumbbells the attachments in the front might make it a pain in the ass to sit and get up when carrying them.

People are going to have a hell of a time finding plates and bars though. I got 6 plates of cheapie 45s the other day but I've been reloading 5-6 tabs worth product pages on and off constantly for the past two weeks.

Keep in mind also that some manufacturers have jacked the price up to over 2$ a point for cheap cast iron gear, and rubberized, milled and bumper plates are basically unobtanium at this point. 70$ for a cast 45 is a decent (not great) price. But 90-110$ per plate is insane. In the case of specialty dumbbells (over 100lbs) the prices are close to 3$ per pound.

And of course, shithead scalpers on the used sites are selling for close to 4$ a pound (I hope corona pounds them... into the dirt)
