First box of these I used were terrific. The ear loop elastic was round. The next box I opened up the ear loop elastic was now flat. And much tighter. So I have 3 boxes of the flat type that I can't wear because they are too tight.
When the elastic was round they were great to wear.

YEG'ers - no need to check South Edmonton and Leduc location. There were no signs of them. They only have, tons, of regular $7.99/100 black masks.

"One size fits all" masks are only going to fit half or 3/4 of the people out there, so it's normal to find that they don't fit you. You'll have to shop around, and unfortunately everywhere is sold out right now.
Here's a graphic from a Canadian mask shop to show you how the sizes can vary. I have 3 of these masks and they're ranked correctly:

Is that what you mean or are referring to an accessory strap pulls back the ear loops behind your head? Those plastic ones have been less than satisfying.

I find the Costco KN95 mask on the smaller side for my face. Are the KF94 masks better/larger fitting then compared with the KN95 masks? Can you direct me to brands/models for larger fitting size either KN95 or KF94 masks?

None at Yorkdale/Billy Bishop that I could see. They did have some N95 at $50/20. Pretty pricey.
