[Costco] MEE audio Matrix Cinema Wireless Headphones with CinemaEar $99.99

MEEaudio’s 4th-generation Matrix headphones
I bought them last week for $169.99 from Costco, current sale price is $99.99 and comes with 2 year Costco Warranty :)

Have been using it for a week now, does a decent job but not comparable with sound quality of Bose Q35 or Sony WH1000MX3
This for $99 with costco warranty, it is a great deal

Also on sale at amazon.ca for $99, but OP is the better deal considering Costco's warranty.

Good.
Note that you need to have an apt-ll capable transmitter as well to take advantage of the low latency. These are about $50 on amazon.

Just $30 now on Amazon:

https://www.amazon.ca/Bluetooth-Transmi ... tx+latency

$10 (or less) on Aliexpress:
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Bluetoo ... a3dcffc411
https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Ostart- ... a3dcffc411

(I can't comment on how well the Aliexpress models will work, but now that Aptx LL is getting baked into run-of-the-mill mass production BT chips, this will be everywhere ... That said, for now I would stick with the $30+ models to pair with your $100 headphones for good quality audio.)

do these offer any kind of simulated or psycho acoustic type of 5.1 surround for movie watching?
how is the bass response? if I'm watching a movie would like the explosions etc to dig deep.

it does have some preset EQ models:
Clear Voice Mode: Boosts speech clarity to make dialogue in movies and TV programs easier to hear over background sounds
Clear Voice Plus Mode:Additional enhancement to provide a greater boost in speech clarity and intelligibility
Dynamic Music Mode:Improves bass and treble response to make music sound more lively and exciting
Bass Boost Mode: Enhances bass response and depth to create more impact and immersion with movies and music

but it doesn't seem to offer any "simulated surround" modes.
