How price match works?
If I submit request now then it says it can take 5-6 days to process..
What happens if meanwhile price increases or my tires go out of stock?

If I am correct, you are able to lock in the price of product on the date of submission.newuserhere wrote: ↑ How price match works?

They don’t actually say they’re on sale. Each size has their own price. Canadian tire basically has the same sale right now, and if you look up your tire there, you’ll see the original price.byronsakic wrote: ↑ is this deal dead? Darn... I picked up Bridgestone Blizzak DM-V2's in December. Would've been nice to get this deal!

Bought this model snow tire for the first time this winter for use on a Subaru Outback in the AB Rockies. Arctic level cold for over a month with rink smooth ice at intersections, accidents galore around town, and never even a close call with these. Grippiest non-studded snow tires I've owned. Blew away my Grand Cherokee wearing M+S all seasons.

Good deal. It is $11.30 cheaper than when I bought my set back on Dec 3 with the $130 off deal.

For anyone wondering, this deal is $55 cheaper than the Jan 1 New Year’s deal for Michelin X-ice Snow, tire size 235/45/18.

You mean I take a screenshot?
Or you mean costco will be able to see the price in system on the date of submission?

Seems like this deal is only for specific sizes?
225/50R17 is still at $269.99 each which is only slightly different than the one in the screenshot.
Also an slightly unrelated question: I had the tires put on yesterday at the tire centre (also installed on new rims I ordered from Costco). Immediately I noticed now every time I break there is a loud metal screeching noise. I assume this isn't normal so I've been trying to call the tire centre but no one is answering the phone. Should I just drive it back and is this something they would look at?

If I need to buy winter tires starting NEXT season, should I jump on these and store them until then? Or will there be another deal before then? (it makes sense the winter sales are on during off-season).

Nobody has a crystal ball to say another 20% sale will happen. Also, with the way supply chains are now, who knows if there’s gonna be a shortage or maybe even a price hike this year.

yeah, true. Costco sales have been pretty consistent, but who knows about supply?
But then again, you might decide to get a different car or your car is totalled too. It happened to one guy I know, he bought some tires and hadn't installed them, then got sideswiped and he bought a different car. Because it was Costco, he just returned them lol

I need the same size tires, not sure what to do either but there's no discount through Costcodanielr85 wrote: ↑ Hmm.
Michelin I-ice 235 65 17s for my odyssey $179 each or $719 for the set (plus fees + taxes + installation)
Not sure if this is a good deal or not? Seems reasonable but not sure how much these tires are regularly.
Probably could get one more year out of my ws80s I got on there now we barely drove anywhere this winter.
Edit: just checked Canadian tire and they have the same tires for $176 a tire or $700 for the set. They also had motormaster tires for $130/tire down from $208. Not use about the quality of them though, I know I’ve used xices on multiple cars and they have always been good tires.
