Price went up $5 compared to few months ago. Inflation sucks.

I mean it was $80 in 2016 & 2017 when I ordered. I suppose a $5 this year is surprisingly small.

I'm down to my last couple of loads worth and was waiting for a sale. Talk about timing.

$0.09 per load. No longer worth it given the annual price increases. It used to be ok at $80 and was half the cost of Tide or Kirkland.

Kirkland Signature Free & Clear is $0.12 but performs much better.

Thanks OP.

I think I have about 5 or 6 lbs left, enough to last me till the next sale hopefully.

That stuff is like industrial grade, my skin breaks out like crazy if it ever makes contact with it.

It's to be used instead of a detergent.

The four ingredients are:
Sodium Carbonate
Sodium Chloride
Linear Alcohol Ethoxylate
Sodium Metasilicate

It is biodegradable, hypoallergenic, non-GMO, non-toxic, and septic safe.

I am still working on the bucket that I bought in 2016. I'd say I have just under half left.

At this rate I should run out sometime in 2028. Best $79 bucks ever spent.

I find this leaves white residue on my clothes, especially dark ones... I even mix the powder into a separate bucket and then add to the washer (top load) but it doesn't make a difference

Works fine out of box for me in my front load washer. I don’t get any residue and don’t have to premix

Wear a bib?
Almost every stain should be pre treated ahead of time. They also sell the Nellie's oxyclean stuff; i have a bucket of that but only needed to use it a few times over a 5year period.

Detergents do a better job but this is a better product depending on how one values things. I suppose this is more eco friendly

Just finished the bucket I bought in 2017, $20 increase in price but still not bad given the inflation we've seen everywhere so far

Does the powder get hardened over time (like Tide?)
