Is Nellie's that good? How does it compare to the other big name laundry detergents in terms of quality and value?

Any opinion on Wrinkle be gone? Looks like a new product they carry.
I'm often at Costco...

Based on those negative reviews on Costco, my wallet is safe again...
Which are you looking at? We use the bulk laundry soda and it has 4.6/5. Not that we need a new tub, still on our first tub 3 years in and have a 2nd full tub in reserve.

Love the detergent, but the dryer balls are garbage. I use all 4 at once and I've never seen so much static on my clothes.

tried my 1st tub of Nellie's soda last year & I must say I like it...a lot! my clothes smell so much better or shall I say so much more natural smelling. Now I throw a yuck when I smell regular laundry detergent like tide/purex. cleaning power is not bad but nothing to write mom about.

also got the lamb wool dryer balls & while I wont say its garbage, it's def not the most effective anti static rigamajig out there. still, I prefer it just cos I like the natural smells of my clothes so I'll accept a bit of static cling in exchange.

regardless, good stuff this Nellie's soda & I'll def restock once I run out (which will be years considering I got the big tub).

I've been getting excellent results from their detergent since I've switched to using white vinegar in my softener tray. Clean clothes and (unlike some reviews I've seen) never any smells though I've learned that sometimes you do need to use a little more than their recommended one tablespoon.

I believe they're only meant to reduce drying time and your utility bill despite some claims that they work against static. I've yet to find a good solution for clingy clothes other than those horrible dryer sheets so I just bear with the static. I'd appreciate a heads-up if anyone here knows something I don't.

Yup. Been using them for years now. We used to use tide and other detergents. This is cheaper and in 99% of cases, one small scoop is all you need. Clothes come out clean and no chemical smells. One tub of the detergent lasts us close to 2 years (family of 3)!

I recommend it and if you don't like it, return it to Costco.
