Expensive for what they are. I would take a 10 pack of Shin Ramen for $11 over these. The cheaper Nissin Tonkotsu ramen has better flavor too.

These are very very high in sodium, as with all instant noodles, and not good for your health. Please do yourself a favor and not consume these.

That's better but even half is 575mg of sodium which is 25% of the recommended daily limit. Any thing with 20% or more is considered to be high in sodium.

As a general guide: 5% DV or less of sodium per serving is considered low, and 20% DV or more of sodium per serving is considered high.

Thanks for the post! I was wondering if anyone has tried the other offering they have on the coupons page...
It's over twice the size for an extra 1/3rd the price... I just haven't tried either of these brands (don't recall)...
