[Costco] Oskar 11-piece Complete Car Wash Kit - $19.99 Instore or $27.99 online

Just purchased this from my local Costco in Heartland Mississauga

They had it listed for $19.99 and I had to double take to see what's inside. Seems to be of decent quality and IMO the things inside are worth more than $20.

Features:
Washing Accessories:
17 L bucket with removable bottom grate
1 microfibre chenille/mesh mitt
1 chenille/mesh sponge
1 mag wheel brush
1 small handle wheel/fender brush
Drying Accessories:
1 XL microfibre drying towel: 99.1 cm × 61 cm (39 in. × 24 in.)
1 2-way dashboard duster
1 microfibre applicator pad kit with handle
Includes:
2 large microfibre pads, 12.7 cm (5 in.), and plastic handle

If you can get it for $20 this is a stellar deal!

Everything in this looks good other than the wheel brush, wouldn't use that on painted wheels!

The bucket and grit guard alone is probably worth more than half that price, so not bad at all. I’ll have to check it out and see how soft the cloths are, but I need a second bucket and guard anyhow.

I just do it the cheap RFD way and grabbed a ~13.0L mop bucket from dollarama. Took the mop strainer from on top of the bucket and placed it inside the bucket to act as a grit guard (strainer is raised and dome shaped).

Black bucket + grit guard for $3, not bad

this has been out for over a month and it's the regular price.

It's worth it for what you get though, i bought one.

I paid about $15 last year for a grit guard alone (after going decades without one)

Going to try my luck at the Ancaster, ON location this afternoon, will report back if it's available or not. Hope I don't drive there for no reason, haha.

Ottawa, anyone? Is there an online inventory checker for Costco?

I saw it at Thorncliffe/Don Mills a few days ago, didn't pay attention to the price. I recall seeing it at Warden but it could be confusion with their other red car cleaning set (similar kit but with long brush stick, no bucket/guard)

I would suggest calling the store and have the administration staff check the item's number and see if there's stock/price at your location.

Most Chemical Guys soap are $20-30 for a gallon (128oz), and produce a lot of suds.

I really liked the inclusions on the other unknown-name one they had in store. Should have bought, haven't seen it in over a month..

The one with the yellow buckets and wash kit or the kit with the red stick bristle brush+no bucket?
