Costco passport photos
Would Costco give digital copies of passport photos if we ask? We need digital copies for US visa applications and it looks strange to me to print it on paper then scan it.

Not sure, but can you just take photos for free with your own camera?

Oriental Centre in Scarborough (Sheppard and Brimley) has a store that charges an additional $2 for digital copies. Regular $5 for 2 pp photos, plus $2 for digital (via email). They rint it on the spot.

You would be surprised.
When I renewed my RPAL, the RCMP webpage accepted digital pictures and I submitted a selfie with my greyish wall as the background.
