[Costco] Peace River Bee Pollen Granule 500g, $9.97

This may be a location specific sale so check your local Costco to confirm. I saw it at Richmond Hill costco.

Make sure you're not allergic to flower pollen before trying these.

You need to be really careful with this stuff. It's a super high nutrient content supplement but can cause really bad reactions (anaphylaxis). Probably talk to your doctor about it first or try it in very very small amounts to start.

This is flower pollen that a bee carries and manipulates, so: Make sure you're not allergic to flower pollen before trying these.

Which location is this?
Don't spend two dollars on drying clean a shirt. Donate it to the Salvation Army instead. They'll clean it and put it on a hanger. Next morning, buy it back for seventy-five cents.

I am actually allergic to pollen so some expert has suggested me taking very small dosage of bee pollen 4 months before my pollen allergy kicks in. so that what i have been doing in the past ... I did still get allergies but less severe
I would mainly add a little bit to my morning tea . also they suggest to use local bee pollen as i am allergy to the local tree pollen

You can add it to cereal, oatmeal, smoothies, etc. You can even take it as a supplement, it doesn't have much flavour.

I prefer Costco's Manuka Honey. Expensive but effective.
