[Costco] Premium Inversion Table (For back issues) on sale for $479.99 (Reg $599.99) Until JAN 1 2023

I've been waiting for this to go onsale. My Dad and many others told me that Inversion Tables are the best thing for lower back pain and this is my chance to see if it will help me. I have bulging disks and my back hurts when I sit for too long and/or when I lift heavy things in the garden.

Costco has 2 models, this is the premium one with a bit more handle bar space (To wiggle a bit while hanging) and a longer "Foot Release" lever which is good as the short one, according to reviews, is hard to release without hurting your back.

Anyone have one these and a reverse hyper machine? I'm thinking of grabbing a reverse hyper for basically the same price.

Absolutely. There are two models, one designed for males (X2) and one for females (X1F), so you can each enjoy yourselves.

I ended up going the kijiji/marketplace route when I bought mine earlier this year. Picked up a slightly older model for $180.

I had back surgery at the start of the year to get a bulged disc corrected.

I use this every day or two to stretch out the old spine.

I do, but how are they comparable? They do two different things.

It's done by weight distribution. You are supposed to set the table according to your height so that the centre of balance is in the middle/lower of the body. Then when you raise or lower your arms above your hear, you go up or down.
