Id rather do pegboards, much cheaper and hooks can be found easily! Did a 8 x 4 wall yesterday for $22 + $12 for a 50 set of hooks.

Yes Peg is cheaper but no way its going to hold a bike or any heavy stuff. This will put a Peg board to shame!!!

If you want to hang anything with considerable weight, peg board won’t do. The Proslat system is solid (quality panels and hooks) and can take weights of 75 lb per sq.ft . So not really apples to apples when comparing to a peg board.

I’m looking at proslat for my new house. Does Costco usually give a better deal at another other time if the year? This seems pretty good with the hook kit.

Only deal I saw ever, was a MasterCard rebate which I used and think it was $20 off. Even at this price, you do get the bonus kit of brackets. They are good quality.

This matches their Black Friday deal.

I got this deal a few years ago. Pretty easy to install. Holds up pretty well. I hang up all sorts of stuff on it to keep the garage tidy. Never did anything as heavy as a bike but should be able to hold it up.

If you get it check staples for deals on hanging baskets. I got a few of those to help store stuff that can't be easily hung.

Easy to install this? Looks like just screwing into studs?

Sorry for the dumb question, just wanted to confirm one box is 8 feet wide by 4 feet in height?

I read this on the website wanted to double check prior to ordering.

Can be installed in 2.4 m x 1.2 m or 4.8 m x 0.6 m (8 ft. x 4 ft. or 16 ft. x 2 ft.) configurations

Yes it works out finished 4' x 8' or 2' x 16' (but you have to order more j channel for that configuration)

Ive had mine for a couple years now and its a lifesaver in garage. No more clutter.

Are you obligated to purchase additional hooks that are made by proslat or do any hooks work with this system?

This should not be compared to peg board unless you’re just hanging screw drivers and other small items.

I have the husky version installed with 4 panels. I have 3 bikes hung, a tire rack with my season tires for the van and assorted home and yard tools and tool bags.
