No graphics card at this price? Not a hot deal! There should be one like 2060-80 inside.

No kidding, how can the integrated Intel graphics be called a 'gaming' solution...

Not a knock against the OP, but a HUGE knock against Razer. SMH!

2060-2080 in something 0.5" thick, sure.

This is the same kind of laptop at the XPS 13, thin and light.

The price isn't that great - as a reference in August, Microsoft was liquidating the superior 2019 (early) graphic model with the MX150 for $1350.

Recently the 2019 (year-end) model came out with the GTX 1650, Gen 10 Intel CPU, and faster RAM. I would expect the price of the older gen to decrease even further (maybe wait for Black Friday / Xmas for sell-off of leftovers). If you're really desperate, ebay / Amazon US might still be selling the graphic model for ~$1050US.

For a 13" ultrabook the Stealth offers fantastic performance. However, Razer is infamous for having terrible quality control. Out of the box, this laptop might have sound crackling issues, loose USB-C ports, and wine coil.

razer just released their new RBS line, in which i believe the 8550U are now two generations before.

would be a decent deal if $799.

It's not a bad deal if you don't look at it as a gaming laptop, but rather as a workhorse. I'd imagine the build quality is up there with thinkpads and macbooks.

16gb ram, 500 gb ssd, 1800p screen - a thinkpad equivalent would be more

EDIT - I take everything back lol

When given enough time, all threads on RFD can and will go off on a tangent.

Bought this at full price a year and a half ago and have been using it daily since. It's a great ultrabook and all, but good lord the brand markup on this is insane.

The build quality feels fantastic and the RGB lighting is a nice touch, but the QC issues with Razer laptops are still prevalent and there is little to no justification for the steep markup over other similarly spec'd ultrabooks.

I wouldn't pay more than $1250 for this in the current landscape.

The Razer Blade 15 price error on Amazon Canada recently was a much better deal than this (yeah it's bigger, but it's still a thin gaming laptop.. and it actually has a GPU).

This is a pretty terrible deal - this is the version without a GPU (it has the Intel graphics which are almost completely useless), which means it's not even a gaming laptop, but you're paying gaming laptop prices "on sale".

The next generation Razor Stealth packs a GTX 1650 which is leagues ahead of even the MX250 they had in the outgoing Stealth - splurge on that one of you want a Razor Stealth for its intended purpose.

Would have been an acceptable warmish deal if it comes with RTX 2080 mobile, but then again, the next price error "deal" will be 1000% better still. The wait for the next price error "deal" continues........

Price has dropped to 1299!
This is a beautiful computer and the thunderbolt 3 port allows for plugging in an external graphics card. 4k touch screen. Solid aluminum body. Haters gonna hate. I just grabbed one
