[Costco] Samsung 40" 4K Model 40NU7100 $369.99

This is a great 40" 4K TV that also works well as a computer monitor. An earlier thread with details are here.

This model has been reduced from $539.99 over the last 6 weeks to $369.99. Great set and 5 year additional warranty from Costco is $29.99.

This is at the Abbotsford, BC Costco. Rep said the rebate should be across Canada.

Very good tv for the price! Supports Apple AirPlay 2. Don’t forget to turn on Samsung HDR+ in service menu!

Was the 55 " marked down also? Last time I checked the 58" was oddly cheaper than the 55".

I see it at $380 at Bestbuy for any non-Costco people. Off topic question...you buy 5 year warranty at Costco and during that time you cancel membership...still covered?

The Costco wide price for the Samsung NU7100 seems to be $369.99.

This is a great time to buy it as a 40" 4K monitor. Get that 5 year warranty for $29.99.

This is a no-brainer buy if you want to enter that desktop 4K life.

God bless.

Get a quality HDMI cable and modern dedicated video card and try again.

The Nvidia Control Panel is pretty good at giving you detailed output options.

You might want to check your HDMI and see if its up to spec. I had to get new cables cause mine only supported HDMI 1.4.

I wish they did away with the split legs. Limits where you can put the TV.

Does HDR+ even do anything on this panel?

That means I have to pay extra for something that I shouldn’t really have to buy if the legs weren’t split the way they are.
