[Costco] Samsung 70-in. Smart 4K HDR TV UN70TU7000 - $898 - Delivered

To all those who missed the BB 899 offer, here is a deal from Costco.
This is 70" though... but 5" will hardly matter.

Free Delivery and Just 60$ for additional warranty.

You're asking RFD if 5" makes a difference!

Keep telling yourself that bud. Spoken like someone with only a 55"er! How you gonna please anyone with that?

I bet your viewing angles aren't even good to make up for that size!

Cleaning the clutter around the base makes the TV look bigger
When given enough time, all threads on RFD can and will go off on a tangent.

Are the specifications (other than size) on this UN70TU7000 TV at Costco exactly the same as the UN75TU6900FXZC TV at Best Buy?

Samsung's response to this question was:
"The Picture engine in TU7000 is Crystal Processor 4K and the NU6900 it is UHD Engine. The TU is a 2020 4k UHD model and NU is 2018 UHD model. 4K is a professional production and cinema standard, while UHD is a consumer display and broadcast standard. TU7000 works with Google assistant and alexa."

NO idea what this means as far as performance.

Pointless having a massive one if it doesn't fit comfortably in the space available.

Aesthetics be damned, once that baby turns on you're lost in the immersive experience it provides

I hung a big one like this once but my wife wouldn't even try it for longer than a few minutes. She said it was just too much and gave her a headache.

She needs to give it more time. My friend got a big one and initially thought she had made a mistake because she had problems mounting it. However now she loves the size and says she would go even bigger next time.

The RCA 82 inch for $100 more which uses the same low end Samsung panels minus the low quality HDR, which actually makes games look worse when it's on, would like to have a word with ya'll
