[Costco] Samsung UN65NU6900 65-in Smart 4K HDR TV $797.99 Online but $699.99 In-Store at Billy Bishop Location

I was just at the Costco zoo by Billy Bishop location and noticed they had this Samsung UN65NU6900 65-in Smart 4K HDR TV on sale for $699.99 until I think Dec 8 (sorry forgot to snap a pic of the price tag on shelf). The picture looks good but reviews on website seem consistent with same issue. Anyways it is on sale on website for $797.99 but cheaper in store. Wonder how this compares to the Vizio 65" that was on for same price. The only crappy thing is only 2 HDMI ports.

You can buy an HDMI switch though for those hinging on the limited HDMI input.

Thanks OP for posting a deal. Here is my experience on the 6900. Shoppers drug mart was selling the 55" for $499. Wherever it still exists in stores its marked down to $350
With 20x event you get $105 back in PC points. So you can get the 55" for $245 or $290 taxes in.

I really wanted this TV

Here is the catch. The 6900 series 55" TV is garbage! Shame on you Samsung. I went to 6 stores where its on display to see if i wanted to buy it. I kept thinking the cables or the feed in to the tv was bad hence why i went to other stores to have another look. Colours are washed out, pixilated in fast scenes. No detail in resolution, Black crush, whites are burnt out. Go look for yourself. The Samsung demo of the Parrots running on the TV in Costco was terrible. I already own two 55" Samsungs so im not a Samsung basher. I was buying a TV for my 80 year old mother. I bought the Hisense 55" at Costco for $329.00. Way beter TV IMO.

I paid $100 more for the Hisense.

Thx OP, but Costco website prices are always a little higher than in store because shipping costs are built in. You only pay tax on the website prices.
My nick doesn't mean I'm happy any more than yours means you're a sex machine.

1) Shaw Gateway Box
2) Roku Streamer
3) PS4
4) Laptop Media Player

So at least 3, #4 is sometimes. Even my old ass 10 year old Toshiba Regza TV which I'm still using currently has 4+ HDMI ports (gotta double check but I think it has 5)... 2 on a new Samsung is laughable.

Depends on setup. I use one HDMI. The audio on these TVs are not good so my sources are connected thru my receiver.

I picked this up at shoppers last week. Redeemed 250000 pts to get $400 of my total purchase. Replaced my main bedroom tv. No complaints thus far.

I agree that TVs should have a decent amount of HDMI inputs, preferably at least four. That being said, most modern audio receivers have built in 4k HDMI switching so that might be a good solution for you.
