[Costco] Scott’s Pro Spreader - $29.97

Just in time for Father’s Day. This is a great price for the spreader. Has air tires, can be used for salt during the winter also.

This was inventory at Candiac.

have one like this. great item. Wouldn't recommend it for salt, though... it tend to rust if you don't clean it thouroughly, and this only with fertilizer, wich is corrosive as salt

PS: Tires are shipped with no air, so fill them up before using.

that's because fertilizer contains salt ions. So you can easily use this for salt which I have successfully. I've only washed it a total of twice over the year since I've had it but I keep inside my garage - it still looks brand new.

Picked this up last year on clearance for same price - it's excellent with big hopper for salt or fertilizers, air tires move over lawn easily and the edge guard works well.

Great item at great price

I think I'll offer my dad my spreader. I don't use mine much at all. The hand-held version serves me just fine, and space in my shed is at a premium. If dad does not want it, I'll probably try to kijiji it.

I did the same. Gave away my big spreader and I now just use the handheld one since my front and back lawn are not very big. If anything, it is much faster because it's much easier to empty any unused quantities on the handheld.

Got this last year - its a great deal and way better than the cheaper Scotts version. The rubber wheels make it much easier to handle and doesn't get stuck towards the end of the product. Highly recommended at this price.

I have the smaller version with plastic wheels and it works fine for me.
