For those who have this:

- how does it compare to the Casper in regards to softness?
- is this good for side sleepers?

I bought the firm version of this and returned it.

I have really bad back pain, so thought I would prefer something that was similar to sleeping on the floor. The mattress is firm, but it gave me excruciating back pain every morning when I woke up. I thought it was just my back readjusting, so I gave it around 2 months. Never again. Recently bought the Casper from Costco and have since had much better sleeps. Return process was very simple, kudos to costco for that.

I have a Casper which I love but need a 2nd bed now.

I'm thinking about this one (Queen Size) in Plush/Soft.

It says 10 year limited warranty, if something goes wrong with it, can I just return it at Costco during the next 10 years? Anyone know how it works for mattresses?

I’ve always slept on pocket coil ones. I wonder how the plus one is.

Any long term reviews?

Can you elaborate a bit more on the return process in costco? Did they send people to pick up from your home or you had to bring the expanded foam matress to the store? Thanks.

If you had it delivered, they will come pick it up from your house.
