[Costco] [Boxing Day] Small business cell phone plans

Went to Costco today and got a small business cell phone plan. Here's what I got with Bell (I believe Rogers is similar)

$66/month first line ($76 after 15 months)
$37/month second line
40GB unlimited shared data

$200 bill credit per line (400 total)

Got a Samsung S21 for $20/month
iPhone 12 128GB for $22/month. I believe the 64GB version is $20/month

$400 in Costco shop cards. Rep threw in some cases, screen protectors etc.

they didn't just throw in cases and screen protectors.

they used the Back pocket offer ($50-$100). You are supposed to get the extra gc

if you're looking for two lines, that's a great deal. with the credit and costco gcs, this is better than the epp deal ($50 for 20gb).

which costco you visited?

Calgary Buffalo run. If you go there ask for Abi.

Potentially, but I think the total 'other stuff' was almost $350. It included apple care, 2 car chargers, 2 cases, screen protector for the iPhone, a plug block and a wireless charger. All stuff we'd use.

that's pretty good then but is it the regular apple care or monthly apple care?

car chargers are always free.
cases and screen protectors are IQ brands, right? they probably ran out of wireless BT so they gave you those instead.
a plug block and a wireless charger are probably from your extra GC.

if you got the regular apple care, it is a good deal. apple care costs $130ish

That's better.
Went to Costco on Boxing day and wasn't offered the same deal.
Differences are,
1. Wasn't offered a 15 month price reduction.
2. Wasn't offered $400 additional Costco shop card. Only $200 bill credit.
3. Only Samsung S20FE was offered at $20.

Costco mobile shops really piss me off for not posting the deals publicly and the long long wait line to even talk to find out the plan is ridiculous.

OP did you also get:
Bonus Charger
Bonus Wireless Earbuds
Bonus Canada to U.S. Long Distance Minutes
According to this page, that's what you're supposed to get as well:

1. $400 bill credit + $400 in Costco cards = $800 or $708 pre-tax (@ 13% GST/HST) reduction in cost of monthly service.
2. Line 1: $66 x 15 months + $76 x 9 months = $1674 over two years
3. Line 2: $37 x 24 months ( unusual that this rate didn't increase over last nine months as well) = $888 over two years

4. $1674 + $888 = $2562 - $708 = $1854 / 24 months = $77.25 per month /two lines = $38.63 + tax per month per line for 40GB unlimited shared data.

The geegaws that got thrown in are pretty much worthless (IMHO) but the Samsung S21 is a good deal @$480 if you get to keep the phone after two years.

Last year, we switched from Bell to Rogers and we got:
- First line for 55.46$
- 2nd and 3rd line for 30.46$ each
- 45G shareable data and unlimited after, recently they just add 15G more for us.
- No long distance call to US (it seems Bell has)
It's not the cheapest but we're happy with Rogers and avoid Bell harassing to renegotiate after the contract, with Rogers there is no contract.

iPhone 13 128gb - $30 tab
iPhone 13 256gb - $~36 (give or take a dollar)
S21 128gb - $20

No s21 ultra or 256gb available at 3 GTA locations I checked.

Inventory / colour for iPhones starting to go down with red blue mostly left and not many blacks left.

Got iPhone 13 with 300 GC instead of the original 200 GC they initially offered. Just bargain your way up. And of course includes the standard $200 bill credit everyone gets

Which GTA Costco location was this?
Someone reported from Mississauga only $200 credit and no Costco card.

It's all about your negotiation with the sales representatives, I went to Heartland -- they start off with $200 and build their way up with offering apple care and accessories but i drove a hard bargain and got the $300 GC. I leveraged that I had a $300 offer at the other location and they just matched it after 5 mins of back and forth.

Really? This is stupid on their part.
After i made someone waste their time at the Kiosk on Boxing day to get no deals, don't know what to do now.
