This is an amazing price. I usually pay $8.99/ lbs trimmed, and $7.99/lb for untrimmed AAA Canadian brisket from my butcher. Paying $8.99/kg is a steal!
If anyone happens to see any in Newmarket/Markham/Richmond Hill Costco's, can they please post for me. Thanks all!

I think what some are missing on the $8.99 price in ON vs the $11.99 price in AB, is that ON's brisket is AAA grade and AB's brisket is PRIME grade. Hence the extra cost here.... Just for interest sake.

Costco last week had angus brisket. Didn't have any grade....Don't know how angus are graded. Anyone know?
