Would jump on this in a second if only delivery was to room of choice. I can't move 400 pounds to the basement

I bought mine down with another guy helping. You can open the box and bring it down piece by piece, the deck/motor is maybe half the weight or less. Threshold delivery is like the end of your driveway on a pallet.

I have this treadmill in my basement. The deck (base/motor) is one piece. The whole front bars and console is separate pieces that must be assembled.

The treadmill does not weigh 400lb. The maximum weight capacity of the user is 400lb. The gross weight of the package is 269lb. The deck/motor is 180lb or less.

Nice treadmill, nice motor, nice deck size, nice max user size!
@rob187 and @explorer11: the bed and the motor come pre-assembled on pretty much every treadmill, but if you are handy and have some basic tools, there should be no problem to disassemble the treadmill almost completely and then assemble it back where you need the it. If you go that route, check YouTube for assembly/disassembly/repair videos to see what needs to be done.

I did this with ProForm 12.0 last year. Costco delivered it in the garage and I took it to the basement piece-by-piece. The motor, the deck, rollers, etc. were approx. 120 lbs., so what was left wasn’t that heavy to move. Total time was approx. 2 hours to disassemble and re-assemble the parts, but was spread over several days due.

We bought an F63 last year and this one is even better.

It is not really movable to the basement by the average couple, we hired movers on their way to their first job of the day for $100 cash. The majority of the weight is in the deck, which is big and awkward to carry.

Purchased an F85 last yr, it's a tank. I highly recommend sole. Been doing 5 k almost every day on it....solid build, great motor. Just remember to oil the tread every 185 miles or so to keep it in tip top shape.
