[Costco] In-store YMMV: Happy Hop Shark Cave Adventure $390

Spotted at Costco Barrhaven (Ottawa) and decided to give it a try as similar items usually go from 500 to 1000+.
Found it on Costco USA website:
https://www.costco.com/happy-hop-shark- ... 43882.html

They also have a youtube video for this item from March this year:

Amazon has a similar item possibly a bit smaller for $640 from a third party seller:
https://www.amazon.ca/ACTION-AIR-Inflat ... C55FKMTWDX

Costco product code: 2621039

Can anyone confirm if this has jets that spray water outside the pool? I was going to buy this last month at Oshawa Costco but I wasn't sure if it would leave a puddle on my back yard. I bought a 10x6 rectangular one instead from RCSS but I'd still buy this too if it leaves no mess.

Saw this in Kitchener area 3 weeks ago.. hesitated and now sold out in all surrounding areas. Of course the hoarders bought them and now want $600 on Marketplace. I really wanted one for my kids and neighborhood kids but the status was inactive for order when I inquired if there was more coming.

There are 2 jets at the bottom and top of the slide and one jet on the “water cannon”.

It sprays into the pool area but can be aimed outside the pool.

Kids seem to love it so far.

Ah ! This one would be more fun than the Little Tikes Slide 'n Swish inflatable bouncer I got from Walmart for $275 back in May of this year. But it looks huge! Will check measurements if my lawn can accommodate or else it will have to go to the in-laws house who has a large backyard yard lol

It has a hose that connects to a water hose. You can point the host in or out of the pool

Did you find that your kids kept smashing into the side of the slide near the bottom? I have the same pool and my kids and their friends always do, no matter how the pool is orientated. They still love the pool though, but probably just a slight design flaw.

Can you elaborate on where that water goes once it is in the pool? Does it pool up and eventually spill over the edge? Is the hose necessary to operate this or can you just pump it up with air?

The water is connected through your garden hose. That water goes through another hose that is connected using velcro straps around the pool. The water sprays down the slide and into the pool. The water stays into the pool (99% of it). The water is optional but on a hot sunny day, the plastic gets really hot that you dont want to be sliding down it.

This comes with an air pump and needs to be used to keep it inflated. Once you stop the air pump it deflates.
