[Costco] Tekk Nate Robinson Monster Jam Mini Basketball Hoop $29.99

Just saw these at Markham Rd and 14th location.
Amazon seems to sell these for $51.45

Seems to have good reviews all around. Just bought one and set it up for the kid.... looks and feels super sturdy and well built compared to any other cheapo one you might find at other big box stores... But like other reviewers said, I probably wouldn't trust the promo video and have your kid actually hang on it.

Also available at costco.ca for $7 more

Bought one. Set it up tonight. Very fun indeed. Definitely worth 30 bucks as winter rolls around and no gyms will be open.

The ball is a decent, not the best as it's thin material. But great bounce.

The rim and backboard are of fantastic quality. There is padding with foam for the parts that rest against a door. I tried it on a few different doors around the house and it worked great.

Great for home dunk competitions or poster dunks on your friends and family 🤣!

Is the hoop rim really sturdy enough for a kid to hang on it? Like in their demo video? My inner kid wants to slam dunk like Shaq

If I got this, I'd be worried about being tempted to hang off it and destroy it Shaq style, but that might be worth $30 alone Face With Tears Of Joy

What's the weight limit to dunk on this, I see kids hanging on it and Nate Robinson dunking on it in the video?

I saw this at Costco, and having had owned several door mount hoops from my youth days and now.... I don't think I have ever seen a rim as solid built as this one... Love the look of this...

Tempted....

I'm 6"1' and 200lbs. I did some showboating and grabbing of the rim. The spring loaded mechanism is awesome. Didn't hang though. Wouldn't even try.

Maybe a 5 yr old could hang on it....very maybe. You should probably keep your inner kid in check or you may have some hurting limbs. Hehe

holy crap, saw this in the costco the past few weeks but after this commercial im sold. My kids will totally love this. It was a pipedream to be able to slam one down and hang from the rim when i was kid, nothing ever like this was out back in the day.
