[Costco] Torin 3 ton low profile floor jack **YMMV** $124.99 in-store only

Just saw this in Nanaimo Costco. The much beloved Torin 3 ton low pro floor jack. 10 in stock. I already have a smaller Torin but this one looks badass.

Has anyone seen these in Calgary. I was in the East Hills store yesterday but they only had the red one.

The Arcan jack is awesome when on sale. Changed my tesla tires twice already. Works so well.

So it awesome because it can change Tesla’s tires twice? Like the other jacks would only be able to change Tesla tires once?

I was lucky enough to buy it last month when my local warehouse put it on sale for $94.xx. Haven't used it yet though. It does come with an adapter so you can use it on higher cars (suv).

I bought this online a couple weeks ago, came last week. Oil came out when I did the initial purge, I may have done something wrong but the instructions left some to be desired with poor wording.

I picked this over all others because of its height abilities. Weirdest thing now though is that I’ve seen it come and go from their website a couple times since purchasing, and as of right now, it is permanently gone from their site again so I don’t know how I’m going to exchange it for a new one.

I did use it today for a couple vehicles though, and worked perfectly and would still recommend.

curious why you mentioned works so well compared to other jacks......bought the same jack last year when it was on special a costco which was delivered, have not used as of yet to change tires,,but i can tell others , by far the heaviest jack i have ever had, right now its in the basement, and will lug it out probably next week to change the tires, as well bought it only for tesla as heard needed low profile jack...thank god our other cars need
regular jacks which are much lighter

For the amount of use the average shadetree mechanic gets out of one of these things, they're all basically the same. If I was using one multiple times a day or my livelihood relied on it, then it would be time to be picky and get something premium. I'd venture a guess that most people are just getting them just to do two seasonal tire changes a year; the differences are negligible. Even someone who pulls it out monthly to do oil, or brakes, or the occasional maintenance fix isn't going to care about the differences.

I ended up ordering this online for $149 as I couldn't find it anywhere in stock in the Ottawa area, Used it today to change the tires on two vehicles (not Teslas :) ) Very nice to use. Pretty heavy though.

As someone else mentioned, the instructions on the initial purge is not clear.

I bought that one a few years ago and it works great. I might grab another one if it comes on sale.

For those in Ontario, the real question is.... Is a jack considered an "essential" item?

I bought this last year and I'd use it quite a few times with no problems.

I think I saw this for $129.99 in-store a few days ago in Edmonton.

I purchased this jack 6 months ago because of its maximum height. The only downside to this jack is it's heavy as hell. Good luck if you need to carry this thing up a flight of stairs Face With Tears Of Joy

I own two other jacks and I use this one the most. I have lifted all types of cars and trucks with this one.

It was on sale in Coquitlam for $99 a few weeks ago.
