Thats not the same unit at Candian tire, and Canadian tire will refuse to take it back and make you deal with the manufaturer for warranty if it doesn't work out of the box.
Costco unit reads "Push-button start" so electric start too?
It is $680 on the website - Link

Agreed...my point is where does this mower go for 399.99 regular price according to theposter. Costcos price is very good and not inflated.

I don't know if the one in store is the same as online. The in store one seemed to have large rear wheels where the online one has four of the same size. Besides, if they were the same, there would be a 100 discount online too, no?

Push-button start for 400 would be a steal.

Item 1465716 on the Costco website is the same Item# as OP's picture.

Rear wheel drive seems to work better, the front wheels tend to lose traction and when going uphill its much worse.

"Don't Change™ engine eliminates the need to change oil by simply checking before each use and topping off as needed"

How does this work? Is it designed to simply burn off the oil slowly so you have to keep adding new oil regularly? How does this get pass EPA? I thought only 2 strokes (with no oil pan) is designed to burn oil (and I have to clean the exhaust port regularly to keep it running).
