Thinking about buying this. Does anyone have one and can share if it really helps with chronic back and neck pain?

Features:

  • Auto-reverse feature changes rotation of the massage
  • Optional heat for soothing relief
  • Convenient wireless design for portability

I love this massager. I use it every other day.. the heat option makes it nice. $99 is the lowest on costco.ca. I remember seeing this for $80 at the warehouse last yr.

I got this from Costco at full price a few years ago. It's used regularly (not everyday though). Good for quick relief from pain. Solid quality. I put it on my back and literally stretch the arms in the front and it hasn't given way...which is good. I also like how the rotation changes. It does make a different when using it.

Check Amazon, you'll probably get it cheaper. Here's one showing for $80 and was as low as $60 (as per 3C) back in Sep. 2020

Purchased from Costco. Don't mind paying a bit of a premium knowing Costco will stand behind the product!

Thatdealguy wrote: bad product. Naipo is better and cheaper. Great warranty too.

I had the previous version and the motor was weak.
The reviews on this Naipo seem slightly more positive than the Costco TruMedic...Hmmm what to do now? The fate of Christmas will rest on this very decision. Anyone else want to chime in?

I disagree, I bought Naipo and Costco Trumedic . I returned Naipo and kept the Trumedic. The Trumedic still going strong for 2 years and warrantied by Costco return policy.

I bought this Naipo but the quality wasn't that great. It stopped working just over a year and a half. Their warranty was pretty good though. They sent me a new unit without any hassle.

How is this product compared to Massage Guns flooding the market?

well this is better for your back, unless you have someone willing to massage your back/shoulder with the gun. The gun is good for your legs since you can do it yourself.

I literally bought this exact model at costco.ca last week.

Is there anyway I can get it price adjusted, rather than returning it and re- ordering it?

If you go to the costco site under customer service, you can request a price adjustment. Done it a few times and always got the difference back

Naipo I bought from Amazon died after a couple of years. We didn't use it frequently, may be once a month at most. I bought this one from Costco as a replacement hoping it'll last better.

Call in to get it adjusted. Did the same with another online Costco order.

I've had this for a couple of years and love it. I just find the battery doesn't seem to hold it's charge very long.

Have this absolutely love it. Really good for someone suffering from fibromyalgia. Positioning it the trick to reach appropriate places. Initially it will hurt but after regular use, you will feel better. Battery goes for few days of >20 min massage per day (everyday). Brought it a year ago at $129.
if it exists ....it is possible!
