Seems like a good deal even after conversion , must be a Costco member . $499.99 US to CDN approximately $647. Canadian retailers like Best Buy have this monitor listed at 850$ Also Costco extends the manufactures warranty by a year so you get a two year warranty. You must ship to a USA address .

This looks pretty good. Too bad a freesync GPU that can power this thing properly is still oddly priced...?

I had this monitor for a short while. Absolutely beautiful monitor!!! I got it on sale at staples for 699.99 when they had it on sale around Christmas time. I returned it due to a dead pixel that developed in the return window. If it had GSYNC it would be perfect.

Can't tell if it's a hot deal when you can't answer these questions.

Not sure why this is being downvoted. This is a specialty monitor so it’s going to be more expensive.

Main reason is probably the lack of information. Another is probably the accessibility of the deal considering you need to goto the US or use a mail forwarding service. If you need a mail forward service and/or buy it at a state with state tax, there really is no saving over regular price here. Add to that the monitor really is a niche monitor, no one really cares about it.

By niche I mean most gamers who want 144hz will also want the lower input lag of TN panels. Most who don’t care about input lag, generally won’t care about 75hz (or 60) cap vs 144hz cap so they will go with IPS panels or 4K. Basically that leaves specific individual who want high FPS but don’t care about input lag at all (ie tho who pc game offline and non FPS/mmorpg/etc).
