[Costco] Vitamix Explorian E320 $354.99 [warm]

For those looking for a Vitamix. This is not the best deal but this one is for a brand new Vitamix with their low profile 64 oz container and full 7 year warranty.

This is different from the Staples deal since it’s the E320 compared to the E310.

Is the bigger container better?

Is it even practical for 1-2 drinks?

It works fine, I make single smoothies in the tall version all the time.

Staples price error is for the E310. E310 comes with a 48 oz container and 5 year warranty. Secondly, they didn't ship, so why even bring it up?

Just for reference. If someone wanted, they could have price matched anywhere to get it back then

$350 in-store. Just picked one up this morning. Lots of stock in Markham.

Not sure if I'll keep it. But buy now-think later.

You can make smoothies for 1 or 2 people, but it's certainly not ideal.

I got the 48oz container and it's much better for making smaller batches.

So only 5 dollars for shipping and no membership?

Nice

This or blendtec? Which is better?

Vitamix comes with a tamper whereas Blendtec says they don't need one. I have a Blendtec from the previous Costco clearance, but I find that if my smoothie is too thick, it will still create an air pocket around the blade area, and I usually have to stop the machine and stick a spoon in and wiggle it until it settles back down.

This thing is deafeningly loud. Got it for a few months then returned because the noise is unbearable. You'd need noise protection earmuffs to do your smoothie.

Anyone know if this is still avail? My blendtec jar exploded blending parmesan sending cheese everywhere and large chunks of plastic shooting past me. Will it blend...apparently not.

Got refund from costco and with that plus the videos from AvE on YouTube tearing down both a vitamix and blendtec to look at the internals (much better construction and parts in the vitamix), I'll be buying vitamix next.

Smoothies in the blendtec also came out very frothy, apparently that is less the case in a vitamix.

This is dead now.
I saw the price was over 450 in the store in Mississauga South yesterday.
