[Costco] Vizio P65-F1 65-in (costco.ca) $1299.99

Vizio P65-F1 65-in. SmartCast 4K HDR TV is on sale again 120 something units in stock, not the lowest price it has been (1249 in Nov2018) but a solid deal.

55 inch one is on sale as well but has less diming zones. Still a solid TV and better than Samsung 8 series and Tcl 6 series.

First one I got was a bad panel + really noticeable dark corners, exchanged it.
Second one I got has a deal pixel close to the center of the screen that randomly appeared after 4 month usage =(

How bad is the dead pixel? Is it very noticeable?

Wonder if the warranty would cover it. From my memory from best buy when I used to work there there had to be so many in an area to be covered.

Hope mine doesn't have any issues pulled the trigger this morning but I grabbed the 5 year warranty killer deal at $99.

i believe 4 or 6 dead pixel and they would exchange it but you have to go to vizio first

I bought the extended warranty as well, but when I called in they told me I have to claim my warranty through Vizio since it's within the first year of purchase.

Owned it since early December 2018 (paid $1249 + extended warranty)...best television I have owned thus far in life! Watching Tiger win the Masters on it today...priceless!

Very nice TV compared to others in similar price range. If you are eying on an OLED but big $$$ is holding you back then go for this. Picture quality is very vibrant (of course depends on the source). Netflix and Amazon Prime video look fantastic on it. TV remote has dedicated button for both Netflix and Amazon Prime Videos. You can also use Netflix via Chromecast. For Amazon Prime you will have to use inbuilt app since Chromecast is not supported.
