Costco's return policy is legendary. With amazon, you'll have to pay return shipping.

Costco has it for the same exact price.
Which has the better return policy? Specifically for toners I guess. Amazon shipping is also like 2-3 days vs 7-10 days for Costco.
If you see it’s same price at Costco online, you may get a better price at the warehouse
Costco return policy is unbeatable as well

Costco. If you order online you can return it back to any warehouse and get an instant refund.

I actually ended up ordering from Amazon because of two reasons. One day shipping and ebates ($3). Amazon return shipping is free if there was an error on their part so I'll take it.

"if..."? There are no "if"'s with Costco...I say that was a bad call.
If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Trick is to select the reason as "Item did not work as I intended it to" or something like that and you get a free return shipping label. Done it a couple times. I'm sure they'd question it if you started to abuse it, but for the one-off item, seems to work fine.

That's true but I believe Amazon's history for returns is fairly good. I couldn't pass up the $3 and one-day shipping though. One-day shipped items are just exciting.

I find Costco.ca's shipping to be just as fast or faster than Prime shipping. Even when they say 7-10 says it's more like 2.

Since toner has very low chance to become defective in a long run, you should buy it from Amazon for the convenient and rebate.
