Wow. I knew the 13 Mini sold poorly (based on the rumor they won't be making any more Minis after this one), but that's a pretty steep discount for a few month old iPhone, is it not? Hot for sure.

i've owned the 13 mini 256gb since launch... (upgrade from iphone 11)

and I've absolutely love it as I always found iphone 11 to be too big for pocket.

battery is great. camera is very nice and the size is perfect. and saving over regular iphone 13 is nice

unless you are a huge person or wear very loose pants or keep your phone in a bag... this is honestly the perfect phone for most people.

Is this price only for the blue one or do they have the white model too?

No, it has one less camera and does not have the pro motion display (variable screen refresh rate up to 120Hz)

I think it has less RAM too but I could be wrong

Based on the time that OP posted and since the deal is today and tomorrow only, I'm guessing that OP found the deal via his e-mail.

Less RAM is a killer point. I realize it's iOS, but let's hope that's wrong.

Is this YMMV? Is it Costco Canada-wide?

Edit: Canada-wide!! It’s at my local warehouse in Brossard.

I find it adorable when Android users debate RAM numbers etc ….

It’s a non issue on an iPhone. Never was

It has 4Gb of ram, same as regular 13, the pro has 6Gb.

Unconstructive. See my answer below.

Must be a use case divergence situation. It's impossible to settle on that amount of RAM without sacrificing ultra heavy power users. For the 95%, I'm sure it's fine.

Thanks for the details.

P.S. Not looking for a Saturday morning debate on this topic. I think this is a good deal for an iPhone and I've upvoted the thread.

I have the iphone 8 64gb for work and it still works (almost 5 years old). It's also 5.4" and works perfectly fine and in mint condition. And the battery health is still showing 90%. No complaints here. So I am sure the iphone 13 mini 5.4" will work fine for most people. I also have an iphone 11 for personal. In comparison, I do not like the home button. The 11 is a beast and no need to upgrade.

I never understood why iOS users say RAM is not an issue on iPhones.

a few years ago when I switched from Galaxy S10 to iPhone 11 I was playing clash of clans a lot, and on S10 I could switch back and forth between apps no issue, but on iPhone 11 it would reload the game very frequently.

Anyway, I think the mini size amazing and iPhone 13 (and mini) have killer camera, even though I switched back to android, I think iPhones are great and sometime I will try them again. HOT price!
