I guessed you didn't realized this item is on sales for the last few weeks with a lot of sizes available, and it drops to 9.97 this morning from 14.97. Also, there are over 1,500 comments and all bought Small size?

It seems that "weatherproof" is the brand name, not necessarily a statement of quality.
