The shape is somewhat sharp and not rounded. Not the best feel but it’s adjustable so if u want go /down on weight then it’s good.

No. Just buy the next size up when you are ready (for less money) . This adjustable one only goes up to 40lbs.

I think it's a good KB for women. I use it for deadlifts and swings, but user smaller ones for other exercises.

I think it could be a bit light for men, unless you're getting a pair.

You can't even drop this one. Kettlebell is one of those weights that don't really make functional sense to progressively overload.
