I am also concerned that the Westinghouse has zero reviews anywhere while listed in major websites. I'm hoping that's because it's a new model - any existing Westinghouse owners out there that can comment on the brand's quality ?

At the end of the day it's hard to beat Costco's flexibility. Granted it'll be a bitch dragging 180+ lbs of chair back to the store for full refund, but it is possible. Warranty seems to include a one-year in-home, and the "white glove" delivery means I wouldn't have to carry the same 180+ lbs up the stairs myself
Since this is from costco online, you can request costco to send usps for pickup when you refund.

I ordered the one in the opening post. I watched a review and it looked good. The fact that it is backed by Costco is a huge plus as well as the white glove service. This is going to my upstairs office. Don't want to be moving that on my own.

My family once bought one 20 years ago costing $3000 and it just laid there in the house. I question whether it had even been used 30 times.

If I were to do it over again, I'll get some package deal from a real masseuse instead of buying the chair.
SalesForce does not honor deals.

For GTA, stopped at front door back in May due to covid-19. I suspect the same as we are still in it. I got a new MC2k, it is great, but quality can improve.

For those interested in the Spa Dynamix Vitala from RelaxACare, you can use "DiscountNow" code during checkout for an extra 10% or $169.99 off. That brings down the price to $1,530.00 plus tax with free delivery ($1,606.50 all in).

The 10% "DiscountNow" code currently works on all RelaxACare products as far as I'm aware.

I purchased the TruMedic MC-2000 demo unit instead. This sells for $5,999 in Canada list but as a demo unit is on sale for $2,599.99 with an additional 10% or $259.99 off using "DiscountNow". That brings this excellent L-track massage chair down to $2,340.00 before tax with free shipping or $2,457.00 all in. The TruMedic MC-2000 is one of the best L-track models meaning the rollers go from the top of your neck down under your glutes to the top of your hamstrings. L-track massage chairs are great for sciatic and lower back pain relief. Th MC-2000's rollers are 3D instead of 2D meaning they move in 3 axis: up/down, left/right in width and in/out for pressure points and deep or light massage. It has 36 different air bags in the shoulder, arms, waist, upper legs, calfs and feet. It also has an active foot roller massage with with pressure points, optional heated rollers, extended leg or foot length rests and a zero-gravity position. Oh yea, and wireless bluetooth speakers built in.

Here's a funny review:

Here's the manual on the MC-2000 if anyone is interested:

Can't find it now... and I looked around quite a bit. I suspect that I ended up seeing a review of a different model. Hope that this one works out ok.
