CRA Canada Child Benefit Payments July 2018 - June 2019 ?

Does anyone know when the CRA updates their payment schedule for the CCB for payments starting next month? Would like to know what our recalculated monthly amount is for budgeting purposes. I thought it would be updated by now on the CRA "My Account", but it hasn't.

Thanks!

My wife called and they told her how much she's getting and it will show online first couple of weeks of July.

Also, if you check your tax return, there’s a form where your monthly CCB amounts are estimated. Not sure if that would have included the CPI indexing or not though.

You can use your last years tax returns and the online CCB calculator to figure it out.

I have tried that before and it is not even close to being accurate. It says 200 less than what I actually received.

Man, I wish I can still use CCB as a budgeting factor.
Each year I get less and less.

Just have another kid! lol

Keep in mind that RRSP contributions will boost your CCB payments as well.

That must mean you are making more money :)

I'm getting +$33 because I was on maternity leave last year.

This is true.

My one kid turns 18 in January -- so February to June really sucks.

One odd thing, I noticed a very large payment (about an extra $600) for July only. I have no idea why this is and where it is coming form. Makes zero sense. Everything else is normal -- really surprised at the drop in February though... :( Looks like I need to start budgeting...

This is the best option (having more children) to increase your CCB payment. Very good advice...(just as long as the government doesn't scale back once Trump's initiatives destroy the (or of they destroy the) economy)...
