CRA phone lines full?
Have been trying to contact the CRA reps to have personal details updated in my file for CCB but cannot wait on queue? The AVRS just tells me to call back later after a good 10 minutes per call going through all the menus.
Can't do the update online and need to talk to an agent. Why can't CRA have a call back like Stooples?
