credit cards, travel rewards and low interest?
So far after clicking around, just bmo. Tried the fcac website, but seems that they don't update the data very often.
Updated:
After doing a bit more searching found alterna and coast captial desjardins, northshore cu and vancity enviro classic. All around the $50/year range. Now have to figure out if strickly travel (airmiles, aeroplan...) are more worth while for travel vs other rewards systems that can be redeemed for merchandise and others.
I guess now the low income (less than $30k/year) is the next barrier
